Request Funding – Bankruptcy Law Educational Series Foundation

BLES funding is available to assist bar associations in presenting CLE programs on topics such as professionalism, ethics, or bankruptcy practice in the Middle District of Florida. BLES funding may also be used for other educational programs sponsored by bar associations, including food, beverages and educational materials. Attendance at events funded by BLES funds shall be open to all members of the Bar of the Middle District. BLES funded events may include the service of alcohol but no BLES funds can be used for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Funding requests are limited for the benefit of the members of the Middle District of Florida. Any requests should be made 30 days in advance of the event. BLES reserves the right to decline a Request for Funding seeking reimbursement of funds expended without prior approval.

To submit a request for funding:

Use the approved form to request pre-approval of anticipated expenses or reimbursement of approved expenditures.
- If you are requesting pre-approval, please attach a proposed expense budget along with any supporting documentation (e.g., vendor quotes, prices, sales tax estimates, shipping estimates, etc.).
- If you are requesting reimbursement, please attach documentation (e.g., receipts, invoices, etc.) supporting each expense for which reimbursement is sought.
